We are looking for a lovely person to take the spare room at our apartment.

The room is very large, it has two large double glazed windows, so is very bright and has room for desks and working space as well as extra wardrobes. The room is on the second floor of the apartment, which has three bedrooms in total, sharing a bathroom and a nice large kitchen/diner. 

The apartment is situated in Victoria Park Village which is a beautiful area, very close to the park entrance, but also next to all the pubs - Hector & Noble, The Lauriston, The Empress, Royal Inn on The Park, The Kenton, The Gun and The People's Park Tavern.

All the bills are included in the price of the rent  and the property is managed by the owner through a small company he runs on Mare Street. His assistant Begum runs this advert and the viewings. We are doing viewing on this Friday evening, please get in touch if you want to see the room.
