Clean, bright, double room to rent in zone 3 Wimbledon flat with one other flatmate (myself!)

• Second floor flat located on a quiet side road, which is a 5 min walk to Wimbledon town centre and a 10 min walk to Wimbledon Village

Great transport links:
• 5 min walk from Wimbledon station (district line and national rail)
• 10 min walk from South Wimbledon underground station (northern line) which now benefits from 24 hour tube service.

• Garage for extra storage and resident only car parking, so there is space for you to bring a vehicle.

The flat came unfurnished so everything in it is currently our own furniture. The bedroom to rent has a built in wardrobe and will have a bedside table, however a bed won't be provided. I did have this situation in my last flat and a new tenant was able to buy a double bed off Gumtree quite cheaply.

I work for a PR agency on the Southbank and enjoy socializing after work and keeping active... looking for someone like minded to live with! :)

The flat is in a great location as it's quick and easy to get into the centre of London, but Wimbledon high street also has all local amenities you need, and it's just a short walk away.
