despite it being in a very quiet little cul-de-sac, we are only a stones throw away from the hustle and bustle of brick lane, shoreditch and buses that will take you to central London, London bridge, Hackney and Waterloo. Oh and the bethnal green tube station and hoxton station too.
We are all young professionals(3 girls and 1 guy), and ideally we would like some one who is a professional as well.
The room is available immediately
heating and electricity BILLS NOT INCLUDED - we split the bills between us, and it works out to £20-£30 per month each. pretty much everything else is covered. we do have a fortnightly cleaner for all shared space
The kitchen is relatively big and has a 4 seater dining table and occasionally some flowers when i pass by columbia road
