The flat is situated on the first floor. It has one bedroom, one bathroom and an open plan living room with kitchen. It is unfurnished, and does not include bills. Electricity is on a meter, the heating is on the electricity too and we pay on average about £8 a week.

Close to rye lane and the high street, this is a great opportunity to live in the heart of Peckham. Shops, supermarkets and a variety of restaurants and pubs are literally two minutes away.

Peckyham Rye train station is a 5 min walk away, and Queens Road station 8 mins away. For commutes into London it's ideal, with London Bridge and Victoria both reachable in 12 minutes. There are also connections with the London Underground.

For the area and the price it's a great little flat. We've enjoyed living here, and are only leaving as we are moving out of London.

We are renting through an agency, and the lease is coming to an end at the end of May, so it is arranging a new lease with them. We have been renting for a few years, renewing on a 12 month basis. They offered to renew the lease at £940 per month.The landlord has always been prompt at responding to anything.

We are paying rent up till the end of June, so we are looking for someone to move in as soon as possible, as it reduces the amount we have to pay. So we are looking for someone to move in as soon as possible (from 27th May)
