We’re looking for a replacement tenant for a double room, as our current flatmate is moving abroad.

About Us
We’re professionals working as data analysts, and the two of us work remotely. We respect each other’s need for a quiet environment during work hours, but fortunately, the walls are thick, so noise isn’t an issue.
While we value privacy, we also enjoy occasional communal activities like shared meals, BBQs, and drinks in our lovely patio garden. We are outgoing people, often going out for social events, gym sessions, and cycling. Both flatmates are smokers.

The Flat

• Kitchen: A decent-sized space with a gas stove.
• Living room: Spacious and fully furnished with sofas and a dining table.
• Garden: A patio with a table, chairs, and a standing BBQ—perfect for summer gatherings.

Location
The flat is within walking distance of Mile End Station, providing quick access to the Central, Hammersmith & City, and District lines—ideal for commuting or exploring the city & Canary Wharf.

For shopping, there’s a large Lidl and a Tesco Express nearby, offering both budget-friendly and branded options.

If you’re into fitness, there’s a leisure centre just a 3-minute walk away, featuring a gym, swimming pool, sports hall, and fitness classes—a great time-saver if you work remotely and like to stay active.

Contract & Bills

• Lease: 12-month contract, renewal on March 8, 2025.
• Bills per person: £30 (energy), £15 (water), £10 (internet), £45 Council Tax – total: £100/month.
• Deposit: £961.
