Hi, I'm Tom, a fun, tidy, laid back professional and I'm looking to buddy up in this stunning two bedroom flat in a period mansion block.

Being only a 200 yards from East Putney, five minutes from Putney High Street and Putney mainline, the location cannot be beaten! In addition we are only ten minutes from the River Thames and the green space/picnic spot of Wandsworth Park. Around the corner we have a great range of supermarkets (Sainsbury's, Co-op and Waitrose), restaurants, bars and coffee shops.

The flat itself is comfortable, bright, stylish, with fully equipped kitchen, great bathroom, lovely lounge and with double glazing throughout. There is an entry phone system for allowing access to the building for guests and deliveries (in my case that usually means UberEATS) as well as a lift and well maintained communal areas.

As for the bedroom, it is a great size with absolutely loads of storage supplied by the original fitted wardrobes. There is also a dressing table and a desk (optional) as well as a full double bed.

I myself am a professional who enjoys cooking, travel, walking and foodie related activities. Respectful of personal space but up for socialising and the odd pub drinks, quizzes etc.
