This room is in a very convenient spot on London Road which is 5 minutes from the Wembley High Road - you can see the High Road from the window.

The room is a good sized double room with a large wardrobe, desk with chairs and chest of drawers. It is bright, airy, warm with double glazing throughout and wood effect laminate flooring.  It next to the back garden/yard and so has very convenient access into it.  

Please note that the room has been recently painted and is now a neutral white colour.

The shower is superb with immediate hot water - no waiting for water to get hot. With a small but neat and tidy kitchen. There is great central heating throughout which is controlled by a Nest thermostat.

Wembley Central station and the high road is also 2 mins walk which has the convenience of all the shops and cafes. The London Designer Outlet is 15 mins walk as is Wembley Stadium. You can catch a quick bus to Wembley Park station with the fast link into Baker Street. Wembley Central also has an hourly train to Westfield Shepherds Bush - one stop.

Current flat mates are both mature professionals - male and female from Europe. Both are quiet, clean and very respectful.
