Location-wise, the flat is 3 minutes walk from Clissold Leisure Centre, and 5 minutes walk from Clissold Park and Stoke Newington Church Street with its many cafes. If you go out and explore the nightlife in Dalston you have a 20 minute walk home, while the 73 bus into Central London runs throughout the night and drops you back 1 minute away from your front door. Angel tube station is 20 minutes by bus, and Canonbury Train station is 20 minutes by foot and the two overground lines running through it connect you to South and West London with ease.

This characterful period flat was a much-loved home of mine for many years. I live a couple of miles away and manage the let myself, so there are no agencies and no extra fees. I only ask for 1 month's rent in advance and 1 month's deposit. It's available from the 9th March.
