For rent 1 bed ground floor flat. The property is located on Surrey Road very close to the junction of Queens Road. It is a 1 minute walk into Bournemouth Gardens and approx 15min walk into either Bournemouth town centre or Westbourne. The flat is 1 of 5 in the block and the only property with its own private entrance. The kitchen and bathroom were newly installed in March 2022 so is new and modern. The Flat has allocated off-road parking for 1 vehicle and use of a communal garden which is not used much by the other tenants in the block. Pets are considered and recent tenants have enjoyed having a dog or cat living with them. This is a strictly no smoking flat. Contract will be subject to an independent credit/reference check. Any further contact regarding the flat during the tenancy is dealt with directly through me the landlord and not through an agent.
