Room in a Shared House, London, SE15

I am looking for someone who would do a change over with me from end of may/June till September 2nd. I am currently in a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with 3 other female kings college student who study nursing. The bedroom is on the 2nd floor and is the largest in the house. The room contains a double bed, a desk with a chair and also 1 wardrobe and 1 chest draw. The room is very spacious with a decent amount of storage space. There is no en-suite with the room however you will only have to share a bathroom with 1 other house mate which is upstairs next to the living room. there is a kitchen and another bathroom downstairs as well as a garden in the back. Bills are not included with the rent however bills include gas and electricity, water and Wi-Fi and will cost approximately £45 per month which I will willing pay for . The house has easy access to bus and train stations such as queens road Peckham and Peckham Rye. The house is a 5 min walk to Peckham high street in which there are shops such as Morrison's and pound land to buy any necessities.  for more details feel free to contact me
