Room in a Shared House, Romford Road, E15

Hi my name is Penny. I am looking for a lodger for my 4 bedroom townhouse in Stratford. It is a ten minute walk from Stratford station (which has excellent transport connections and is classed as zone 2 and 3) Westfield shopping centre and the Olympic park as well as being close to all amenities. It's also a 2 minute walk from the Stratford UEL campus.
The room is a single room going for £600 pcm including bills and wifi. There is a communal bathroom and kitchen. I am vegetarian hence wouldn't be happy with meat being brought into the house however apart from that I'm an easygoing friendly landlady. I love having a chat in the evenings however am also respectful of others privacy. No DSS
