It’s great not having to turn on the lights until the sun goes down. We regularly had friends over and made great use of the large living space for parties over the years. The flat is near the fantastic restaurants and bars that Chelsea has (Brinkleys is just around the corner!). We’re only a 3 minute Uber from The Kings Road making it perfect for nights out. The landlord has put a lot of work into the flat including the new bathroom which has been a huge improvement. They have even added underfloor heating which makes a massive difference on a cold morning. We were sad to leave the flat ourselves but we’ve had a great time and hope the new tenants enjoy the flat and the area as much as we have”
