Room in a Shared House, Hoole Street, S6

We have a lovely sunny (south facing) double room with a built in cupboard to rent in Walkley, Sheffield (S6) in a quiet house, with two friendly, easy going female housemates.

The room has just been freshly painted. Photos to follow shortly as we are just sorting out a bed for it.

The shared communal areas would be the kitchen, dining room/sitting room and bathroom.

Walkley has some great shops, cafes, restaurants and is within walking distance of the town centre, Universities and Rivelin Valley. It also has good transport links.

We have an gorgeous old Staffy called Missy who loves belly rubs, but lives downstairs and will not bother you.

We would ideally like someone that is fairly quiet, clean and tidy, easy going and works full time.

Although we don't smoke, you are welcome to do so outside.

We love to read, watch movies, travel and have a great sense of humour.

All bills are included in the price (£390 pm).
