Previous tenant was here for 18 months and I miss her dearly! Reference available.

My only request is that the tenant is respectful of my neighbors, the property and is timely with rent.

I have two small/medium sized dogs who come to work with me during the day and who generally stay in the lounge with me in the evenings and are crated overnight.
