Spacious mid-terrace family house, accommodation comprises, lounge/diner with laminate flooring and door onto the garden, kitchen/diner with tiled flooring, electric oven, gas hob, extractor, fridge freezer and washing machine, a ground floor shower room and toilet and back door to the garden.
Upstairs there are 3 large double bedrooms, and the family bathroom with shower mixer over the bath. The rear garden is laid to lawn with a patio area. The property also has UPVC windows and gas central heating. Sorry no pets. Viewings available Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
