The Flat is across the road from Tooting Bec Common and has excellent transport links. It is a 8 minute walk to Streatham overground station (19 minutes to Blackfriars, 28 minutes to St. Pancras, 23 Minutes to London Bridge, 10 mins to Wimbledon) and a 15 minute walk to Tooting Bec tube (Northern Line). There is a bus stand right outside the flat with buses 249 (Clapham Common & Annerley Station), 319 (Streatham Hill & Clapham Junction/Sloan Square) and the G1 (Battersea/Tooting Broadwya and Streatham).
The flat is close to all the local stores (Tesco Extra in Streatham, Waitrose and Sainsbury's in Balham etc). The Streatham Leisure Centre in a 8 minute walk and there is also a Virgin Active within 5 minutes walk.
We have been living in the flat since September 2013 and the Landlord and Managing agent are very reliable and any issues (not that we have had many) are promptly seen to. The flat was completely refurbished before we took rental of it and has modern cons throughout.
My family and I are immigrating to Canada in mid July and thus we have had to terminate our Lease 2 months early.
