The property is ideally located for public transport 3 minute walk to Hither Green station 12 minute fast train to London Bridge. theres a local bus service and Lewisham is I0 minute walk has the DLR and direct links to Victoria station. and East London.
The property is located near to excellent shops, bars, restaurants, parks and other leisure activities. Blackheath and Greenwich are close by about a 10 minute walk.
I am a single female and the live-in landlord. The property is very clean and spacious apart from the double bedroom which is fully furnished with doublebed, double wardrobe, chest of drawers, broadband wifi. Other benefits of the property are it has a large bathroom with power shower facility, lounge, kitchen, conservatory, access to a large communal garden.
I am fairly low key person who likes a chat but also respects others needs for privacy I think I have a good balance. I am a non smoker who works during the day and sometimes pops out in the evenings. I enjoy socialising, eating out, reading, travel I am tolerant and respectful of others so would obviously expect the same in return I am peace loving and my ideal flat share person would reflect most of the above qualities.
