Hello! I am looking for person who will take my tenancy. This property only allows students.
My semester is coming to an end, so I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy. The contract ends on 30th August. The property is a large studio located in Russell View (NG7 4FE), and you will have own bathroom and kitchen space.
It’s a 14-minute walk to Nottingham Trent University, and just an 18-minute bus ride to the University of Nottingham. There are supermarkets like Sainsbury's and Tesco nearby, and it's very convenient to walk or catch a bus right outside to get to the city center.
This studio is very affordable despite its great facilities. Additionally, the staff are on-site, ensuring that the property is well-maintained and secure. All bills are included, so there are no additional costs. The security deposit has already been paid, and I will retain it for the new tenant.
