One spacious and sunny bedroom available in three bedroom Victorian mid-terrace house with a big through-lounge, a first floor bathroom and second toilet downstairs. The kitchen is newly equipped with appliances and boiler. There's an attic and large cellar for storage. The garden is quite large with a patio, grass, flower beds, apple tree and vegetable garden. There's a bicycle lock in the front garden.

The other two tenants are female professionals in their late twenties who enjoy cooking vegetarian food together, meditating and yoga, running, and watching movies.

We are looking for someone to live in the 3rd bedroom for seven month, from June to December 2018 (exact dates are negotiable).
The ideal tenant is a reliable and respectful professional or student who is veggie/vegan or can forgo cooking/eating meat in the house.

The house is a short walk from busses 48/55/56, and both Leyton station and Walthamstow Central are about 20min walk or short bus ride.

The neighbourhood is quiet and safe, with friendly neighbours and loads of (international) grocery shops as well as a Tesco near by.
