Big Victorian House in the heart of Kensal Rise has a fully furnished loft with ensuite bathroom to let. The loft is probably 30sqm and on the top floor of the house and only the loft is on the top floor which allows for real privacy.
You’ll be sharing tenancy with 5 other young professionals.
The house comprises of:

2 living rooms
1 dining room
4 bathrooms – 5 toilets
Spacious kitchen
Very big garden (which includes a ping-pong table and bbq area)
Parking space

It’s a cool, but peaceful area with local shops nearby and the main street with pubs, restaurants and the famous Paradise just minutes away.

Public transportation is very accessible as Kensal Rise Overground station is 2 mins away, both Kensal Green and Queens Park stations (Bakerloo line) are 10 mins away and bus stops around the corner! Notting Hill is 10' bus ride or bike from the house.

Couples are more than welcome.
We're really looking for people who will enjoy our funky house as much as we do!

Loft: £1100/month + bills (around £90 per person).
Comparable to a studio apartment (without a kitchen).

Bills include council tax, sky tv, internet, water and electricity.

Ideally, we’re looking for someone to stay minimum six months.
