This double room comes with its own ensuite and is up for grabs in a beautiful flat from early June (exact date can be mutually agreed). The flat is high ceilinged and has stunning views overlooking the wonderful Victoria Park, with the lake and renowned Pavilion Cafe literally across the road.

The all inclusive pcm rent includes your own exclusive en suite bathroom, good wi-fi, and all the utility bills plus council tax are included in the rent. Secure bike cage storage is available on the property and there's also an option to rent a dedicated carpark space within the gated development, for a nominal charge.

You would be sharing with one other, the female flat owner. I'm an artist with a nearby studio and I work part-time in a healthcare organisation a couple of days a week. Down to earth and easy to get along with (... previous tenant was here for four years and we've become good friends as per others over the past seven years or so!). Ideally, you are a creative professional ... who lives an independent, full life and wants to share a lovely, well kept and tidy (ok, very tidy) home and get along well enough to enjoy some banter and the occasional glass of wine or beer, when our paths cross.

Local transport links are excellent with Bethnal Green and Mile End stations within a 10-12 min walk. The bus services are well connected with the 8 to Oxford Street passing through Shoreditch High Street and the 277 to Highbury & Islington / Limehouse, amongst others.

Nearby Lauriston Road and Roman Road have lots of great restaurants and there are plenty of gastro pubs within a spit of the flat. Also Broadway Market with its shops, bars, restaurants and Saturday market is a short walk along the canal path as are Columbia Road and Brick Lane markets on a Sunday.
