We are a young family of 3 looking for a quiet lodger to be living in the studio flat at the side annex of our home in E4 7qb. It is a nice residential area with free off street parking!

The bedsit is 3M x 3M in size, has brand new kitchen unit, sink, undercounter mini fridge freezer, washer dryer, single high sleeper bunkbed with desk underneath, cloth rail and desk.

There is no oven or cooker but a kettle, microwave, rice cooker are provided. you can buy mini hob/oven to cook.

The Shower room has a shower cubical, toilet ,sink and big wall mirror.

Water softner installed, good for your skin and hair.

The rent is cheap because the flat is small and we just want someone nice - ideally a petite lady (to fit the single bed) who has normal daily schedule.
