Room in a Shared House, Strood, ME2

I am looking for a tidy, nice and reliable person to rent a room within my home which is currently occupied by me only.

I have a double room available within my home. It will be partially furnished with a double bed and double in built wardrobe. You’ll have almost exclusive use of the 1st floor which includes the bedroom and a bathroom for your use only. There are also free parking spaces available.

There is a bus stop a short walk away, with Strood and Rochester train station a short drive away. There are also many local amenities including various supermarkets, restaurants, Nuffield health, cineworld and many more.

I will require references which I will vet as soon as possible, proof of ID and proof of income. I am also open to video calls to see the space and face-to-face visits for serious enquiries only.

All bills are included which are ultra fast broadband, council tax, electricity and heating (within reason). Short term lodging also considered.
