The block is very secure. The porter is there from 9-5pm Mon-Friday and Sat 9-1pm. There is a security guard at night.

Ashford Road is a pleasant residential area close to the shops, bars and restaurants of Willesden and Cricklewood.

The flat has recently been refurbished. The carpet is brand new and has been fitted this week.

The kitchen units are quite old but all the appliances are brand new and have never been used (washing machine, fridge, cooker). There is an electric double fan oven.

I am looking for a long let, preferably 2 years. Ideally I would like to rent the flat to 2 adults, a couple or small family. I would like some people who will look after it, keep it clean, ventilate the bathroom properly and treat it as a home. I do not want multiple occupancy or anyone living there who is not on the tenancy agreement.

There is currently a double bed frame, a dressing table, wardrobe and sofa. The master bedroom has an inbuilt cupboard/wardrobe. Feel free to communicate with me regarding any furniture you wish to be there. I may be able to purchase a few select items such as a mattress or small table and chairs set if required.

The flat is available from 1st May.
