Due to a change of circumstances, I am offering tenancy of this spectacularly large one-bedroom flat. Ideally, the moving-in date would be towards end of April / early May.

Though my residency here has been as a single person, the flat is easily large enough to be split for two sharers. The split-level layout makes the property perfectly proportioned for separate living. Alternatively, as a single person there's all the space you need to run around like a maniac.

The north-facing living room is very spacious with high ceilings and commands a spectacular view of Alexandra Palace, which basks in a golden (Email Removed After Let) summer evenings, the room is also a lovely suntrap. Unusually, there is also a working open-hearth fireplace, which is a priceless feature in the winter.

The split-level hallway gives a great sense of space, and can be made to create a fantastic breeze thoroughfare in the summer. In fact, the flat is so light and airy (there is a skylight in the reception/stairwell) the whole flat gives a sense of freedom rarely found in Victorian conversions.

The bathroom is very spacious and fully fitted with bath and shower. The kitchen also has plenty of space and storage, with a full-size fridge-freezer, washing machine and gas cooker. As well as the open hearth, the flat is fully centrally heated.

The property also benefits from the great surrounding areas of Hornsey and Crouch End - the former's historical beauty offset by the lively exuberance of Crouch End Broadway and its plethora of coffee shops and bars; the Art House and Picturehouse cinemas are just a couple of doors down. Finsbury Park, Holloway and Islington are also a brief walk or bus ride away.

As I say, this could be a place for a single person looking to have all the space in the world, or two people with enough space to not asphyxiate one another.

The pictures cannot fully do this place justice, as you do not get a scope of the size or unique layout. I would highly recommend a viewing. I mostly work from home, so viewings are very flexible.
