During the past 5 months, the property has undergone a complete renovation, all walls have been plaster-boarded, insulated, plastered and painted. All internal doors are new and fire doors with locks. All external doors are brand new both to the street and to the court-yard. Security grid at the front has been added. New luxury and shinny laminated floor in all rooms. New red carpet in staircase and hallways. All windows are brand new double-glazed ones. All appliances are brand new (fridge, dishwasher, washer-dryer and electrical cooker). brand new master bathroom, brand new second toilet and second shower room also available. Electricity in the house has been also improved/renovated, and brand new EICR certificate. The solar panels are exporting energy to the grid and you can have a special rate (we are currently with Ovo Energy and earning money during the all renovation period - about 40/50£ per month while the house was empty).
Commercial Road in Weymouth is a prime location, often described as being right on the doorstep of the harbour, the town centre, the trains station, and the beach. It's a popular area for those wanting to be close to amenities and the vibrant atmosphere of Weymouth. Many properties in the area are within walking distance of the beach and town centre. You also have B&Q, McDonalds, KFC and all these shops opposite to the house. Bus stop just opposite to the road. I really believe the location is amazing for a family.
