Room in a Shared Flat, Courthope Road, NW3

Hi. I have a good size double bedroom for rent from the end of April - 1st May. The flat is on the ground floor with a kitchen/dining/living area and a lovely large decked garden. The bedroom comes with a wardrobe and a bed (not the ones in the photos as they belong to the current tenants) There are double doors from the bedroom out on to the side garden. The flat will be fully furnished. A new kitchen is going to be installed before the move in date with new flooring and the whole flat will be freshly painted. I am awaiting pictures and will add more as soon as I get them. There is a lot of storage including a cellar. The flat is bright, with high ceilings and compact with a separate toilet and bathroom. The garden is partly decked with a gravel area at the end and a small shed.

The rent is £900 a month including all bills, council tax, wifi and virgin media TV.

It's a lovely quiet area and close to Hampstead Heath and Gospel Oak overground. Belsize Park northern line is a 10 minute walk. There are also buses that get in to the centre of town within half an hour. South end green shops are 10 minutes walk and you can be on the Heath in 5 minutes. Belsize Park, Hampstead and Primrose Hill are all close by.

I have lived in this area for nearly 4 years and will be moving in soon. I am 41 years old and work in Covent Garden as an accountant for a concert promoters. I am looking for someone to share a home and have evenings out but also have our own space. This is a really lovely flat with a great garden in a nice area and cant find anything as nice as this in the area for the price.
