All the bedrooms are very big, with wardrobes and other storage space. (One bedroom has stunning views over South London, and there's even a piano!)

Kitchen refitted only two years ago with sharers in mind with lots of storage space. It has a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble-drier. There's a huge fridge and separate freezer.
Big lounge-dining room. Quiet area, lovely neighbours, and easy walking to local shops, pubs and restaurants in Clapham and Balham. Plenty of on-street parking, and a little lobby suitable for keeping pedal cycles.
Gas central heating (with a big storage tank for hot water) has been regularly maintained since it was installed.
There's a lovely roof terrace (to compensate for a lack of garden) but if you're in serious need of greenery Clapham Common is only five minutes away.
