The flat is always relaxed and peaceful, with a good vibe. You'll be sharing with two females who are upbeat, sociable and easy going, looking for a happy like-minded male or female flatmate between the age of 25-40 (preferably non smokers), who is tidy, respectful and trustworthy.

The flat itself is in the heart of Shoreditch, situated a 3 minutes walk from Old Street Tube (Zone 1) and is within walking distance of Liverpool St (10 min), Moorgate (8 min), Barbican (12 min) and Shoreditch High Street (8 min). Shoreditch is one of the liveliest areas in London with a great selection of bars, restaurants, galleries and boutiques in the Shoreditch triangle. It is close to Hoxton Square, Columbia Road Flower Market, Broadway and Spitalfields Markets.


We love music and regularly listen via Sonos to the following radio stations, house fm, purasonica, classical fm and jazz fm. If we are not listening to tunes then a good film or netflix. I love watching live tennis, also enjoy world cup/olympics when on. We are passionate about healthy eating, cooking, have the occasional dirty take out. Come summer we love soaking up the sun rays, hitting London Fields or parks, bbq, chilling, drinking, travelling. Seeing new sights.
We are both really easy going, upbeat and positive. We like a good laugh.
