The kitchen/diner has a table with 4 chairs, hob, oven, microwave, washer/dryer, plenty of cupboard space and two fridges.

No deposit is taken. The first two months rent are due on or before move in and after two months the rent is payable monthly in advance.

Rent includes all bills, fast internet and a cleaner.
