Room in a Shared Flat, Green Lanes, N16

Hi! I'm Phil, a 36 year old train engineer whose current flatmate is sadly moving out, so I'm looking for a chilled out person (or people) to take his place in our lovely flat in Stoke Newington!

I work Monday to Friday, but quite long hours. So whilst I enjoy a beer or two (the fridge is usually well stocked) its more of a place to come home to relax after a hard days work rather than a small rave venue.
(Weekends are potentially a different story).

I don't mind either a couple or just one person. The total rent is £1550 per month, so it's a 50/50 split on the rent (£775 each). (Although you'll have the bigger room).

*However please note if you are a couple the rent will be split 3 ways!* (£516 each).

Only bills to pay are Gas and electric which comes on a quarterly basis.

The flat is in a really good location, with good transport links, close to Clissold park and not to far away from the action on Church St.

It has a large shared living room, broadband, washer/dryer combo, all the good stuff!

The room itself is a good size and comes equipped with a double bed and some other furniture.

The landlady does require you to go through some checks (passports, bank statements, references etc) but these can be discussed with her if you are interested after viewing!
