A brand new built property within the Great Barr area close to the M6 Junction 7 Motorway. It is also safeguarded by security gates in a very quiet cul-de-sac area. Please note, the satellite picture does not view the exact location of the property due to it being newly built,  as only 3 years old! 

The room I am to let is a furnished double room which includes double bed, wardrobe, bedside table. You will also have access to your own bathroom which includes shower.

The house is a 3 bedroomed property so you will have access to the kitchen/breakfast bar area, the large living/dining room, downstairs wc and upstairs family bathroom including shower as well as free wifi and sky channels. I have access to two parking bays so one is available if required.

It is very well maintained and I require a clean/tidy person in return.

Included within the rent will come the cleaning and vacuuming of the room to let and the bathroom (if required).

Ideally looking for a professional only who perhaps works out of town (Mon-Fri) in Birmingham and returns back home at weekends but I am also flexible for the right tenant and will let 7 days per week too.
