Lovely 2x double bedroom garden flat between Brixton and Clapham. 10 minute walk to Brixton, Clapham Common and Clapham North underground stations.

My partner and I love the flat as it's in a great location with a really easy commute on either the Victoria or Northern line, there are loads of great places to eat and drink nearby with lots more new places opening up on Acre Lane and in Brixton. We also have a sunny large private garden with gas barbecue and garden furniture. The flat is very cosy and great to relax in, recently refurbished and modern but in a nice victorian building.

The second bedroom currently has a single bed that converts into large double for guests to save space which is great for couples however if two people are sharing it will be replaced with a double bed.

We are looking to rent the property ideally for two years or more as we are moving to New York for work, however we can do an initial 12 month lease and then renew if all is well.
