Room in a Shared Flat, Tupman House, SE16

I'm moving out of my current flatshare situated less than a 5 minute walk from Bermondsey underground station.

The room is fairly large and comes with a built in wardrobe with plenty of space, under the bed storage, and a desk, chest of drawers and bedside table as you can see in the pictures.

The room has large windows but good insulation and throughout the winter the cold hasn't been a problem at all.

You will have 2 housemates, 1 male and 1 female (not a couple) who really friendly and made me feel very welcome when I first started living here 6 months ago. They're both professionals working in London and are usually around in the evenings but have individual social lives. The reason that I'm moving out early is to live with my girlfriend in a different part of the city.

The shared living room is very open and is completely separate from the kitchen and other rooms. It's a nice space to relax in and also has a dining table which can be brought out from the corner. It also opens out through the back door to a small private patio and a larger shared garden area, great for barbecues etc in the Summer.

Including bills the total cost is £850 per month, which includes broadband and cancel tax. There's usually something left over from this which we've used to buy cleaning products and house amenities.

As well as being within a few minutes from the tube station it's also a 5 minute walk to Tower Bridge, 30 seconds from a large Tesco Metro and close to some nice pubs and bars.

Let me know if you'd like to set up a viewing, ideally the move in date will be some point after the 1st of April and before the 14th, but I'm happy to be a bit flexible.
