The flat is than a 5 minute walk from Woolwich Arsenal station and is situated just off the high street, surrounded by many different shops including Sainsbury's, Tesco, Lidl, TK Maxx, Superdrug, JD, etc.

The new tenant would have near exclusive use of the main bathroom, however guests predominantly use the main bathroom as the other is an ensuite.

There is also a large shared living area with fully equipped kitchen, open plan shared living room and a balcony.

Current housemates are a friendly and sociable couple, both 22, one is a student and one a recent graduate.

We are looking for a friendly individual or couple (a couple would increase the rent by an extra £40 a month, as per the landlord’s request for additional wear and tear) who like to socialise.

Water and building maintenance are included in the rent. Full costs include:

Rent: £434 for one person, or £670 for a couple.
Electricity: £18.50 for one person, £27.50 for a couple.
Broadband: £9.67 for one person, £14.50 for a couple.
Council tax (this is dependant on if you are a student, for the purpose of this estimate, I have calculated the full amount): £37.50 for one person, £56.25 for a couple.
Total for one person, per month: £529.67
Total for a couple, per month: £768.25 (or 384.13 each).
