We are moving out of our beloved home early April and are looking for new flatmates for our lovely Australian friends!

You will be sharing the apartment with a wonderful Australian couple in their twenties who moved to London last year.

We're close to Finsbury Park station (Victoria/Piccadilly/Overgroun d/National Rail) with night tube service. Day/Night buses are also available. Shops are in walking distance (Waitrose, Morrisons, Tesco). We also have gyms, leisure center, pharmacy, coffee shops, restaurants, pubs, food markets and a cinema near by.

The apartment building is a rebuilt factory/bath and everything inside is brand new. There is a concierge servicing our building 24 hours a day, who will also collect all deliveries.

As mentioned, rent is £975 (excluding bills) paid on the beginning of every month. Bills are standard (water, council tax, electricity, internet etc).

An added bonus is that we deal directly with the landlords - no agents to contend with. If you're between places, new to London and trying to find your feet or just looking for a change, this could be an ideal place for you.
