It's in a great location close to everything you could want on Ecclesall Road; coffee bars, walking to the city, restaurants etc and no big hills to climb! Neill Road - close to Nonnas.
It was cleaned painted and updated last year and we will be doing it all again for new people! -
Iits got everything you could want -
* a fully fitted kitchen with dining table and chairs, washing machine, fridge/freezer, oven and hob. loads of storage
* wifi available,
* Lounge also with Ikea sofas. (there is no bedroom in the lounge - hurrah! - so lots of space fo chilling out and leaving someone else to cook!
4 double bedrooms. one is slightly smaller and one is enormous with a walk in wardrobe. It's up to you but someone could pay more and someone less depending on needs of space or 3 share and use one room for studies/gaming/dressing etc.
*Combination boiler so hot water continually and a new shower.
*Stripped real wood floors in most rooms
We are NOT agents. We are a working professional couple but were also students in the city and understand what it's like to rent and issues you may have. We can be flexible on viewing times and know who the neighbors are so NO rowdy sleepless nights.
You will have access to contractors and maintenance gets done.
