I'm looking for one person to move in to a shared house, sharing with one male (mid thirties) and one MF couple (late twenties). Bedroom is part-furnished, bathroom has separate walk-in shower, kitchen/dining is big and bright with dishwasher, microwave, washing machine.

The house is 8 minutes walk to the Victoria line at Blackhorse road, and 2 minutes walk to St James Street overground to Liverpool Street. Convenient walk to the Lea marshes and supermarkets in Walthamstow.

Rent includes all bills - water, council tax, electricity, gas, internet, cleaner. There is a small garden and space for bikes.The house has a friendly cat, so you must like cats and be prepared to share responsibility for feeding it! Short or long term rents accepted. I would also consider Mon-Fri rents. Deposit is £1000, need to see evidence of regular income from employment.
