Located in calm and convenient East Dulwich, this home is a perfect respite from the hustle and bustle of central London. The home was gutted and renovated to a high standard just this year, with up-to-date security, appliances, and plenty of storage. Heated flooring throughout the house offers a subtle but luxurious feeling to walking barefoot. There is a washer and dryer in the living area and there is also a cleaner that comes in once a month!

Stainless steel and hidden appliances offer an exceptional and skylit kitchen and dining space for you and your guests, including everything you might need. Microwave, hidden dishwasher, hidden refrigerator and freezer, induction oven, and even a wine-cooler!

Up the carpeted stairs are 2.5 bedrooms. The half bedroom is used for storage and one bedroom is my own. Your bedroom is a private, fully-furnished double bedroom with wall-to-wall and floor to ceiling closet space. Just up the hall is a fully renovated, rustic luxury bathroom with a waterfall shower & copper-like wall panels.

The house is situated within a 5 minute walk to the shops, pubs and restaurants of lively Lordship Lane and a 5 minute walk to the nearest bus stop which takes you to either Peckham Rye or Denmark Hill train stations. If you have a car, you are in luck. There is plenty of street parking out front.

I'm looking for a friendly and considerate person to take the private room. You will be sharing the house with just me so it will be a chilled out place to live in. I'm a down to earth, fun, friendly female in my early 30's. I work in the legal sector in the city. By day I am a professional but by night, I enjoy a creative side of life. I enjoy exploring London, nature, going to gigs/cinema and a bit of Netflix amongst other things.
