Double room to rent in a 2 bed flat near Tooting Broadway. I have just moved in so I'm looking for a nice flatmate to join me!
Renting directly from the landlady so there are no agency fees
The conversion flat is on the first floor and is very spacious and comfortable. The whole flat is filled with natural light and has plenty of space.
The room has a queen size bed and loads of storage.
Kitchen with all mod cons, nice bathroom and great open plan living area.
There is a private garden that is going to be re-done with grass in time for Summer! Planning to get some outdoor furniture for BBQs :)
I'm a 29 year old professional working for a record label. I do all the usual stuff (gigs, socialising, travelling etc) and really want to live with someone who I can get on with.
I am very laid back but like to have a tidy home so I'm looking for a chill housemate who is happy to do their part to keep the place clean and tidy but isn't going to get angry if I don't wash my plate within the hour :P
It's not a crazy party flat but have no problems with friends or partners coming by for dinner/drinks etc so would like someone similar!
Bills are not included but will be approximately 75 a month. This will include council tax, internet, gas, electricity, water etc.
The deposit is £935.00 and you will only be paying partial rent for March (approx £500)
The flat is available immediately and I'll be showing people around this coming week.
