Our home is a big, Victorian terrace house situated in the quiet suburbs of Salford with regular, direct bus links to Manchester city centre. The downstairs is communal and consists of a large, open plan living room/dining room with huge bay windows & a spacious kitchen featuring gas hobs, loads of storage space and huge American style fridge freezer. There is also a small utility area including modern washing machine and a small toilet room.

In our 3 bedroom home there is 1 spacious double room available which has recently been decorated. This room includes a double bed featuring under bed storage, bed side table, chest of drawers and a built in cupboard area which is perfect for a wardrobe or extra storage area. The bedroom shares a modern bathroom with 1 female tenant; this includes a bath with modern shower, toilet and sink area.

We are super friendly professionals (1×female, 1×male in our 20s and 30s) who are looking for someone who will fit in well and treat our home as their home. The house is always kept in a clean and tidy state while being totally comfortable! Our landlord lives in Brighton but is always in good contact and is super helpful whenever there's any issues as well as being a really lovely lady - she also has a team of Manchester based handymen so there's always the confidence that any potential issues can be sorted quickly.

The room is available now and comes at a cost of £400 per month which is inclusive of bills (or £500 for couples) - a deposit of 1 month's rent is also required.
