Chiswick and the river are both close by. As is Ravenscourt Park.

There is a double raised bed (it isn't too high, 1m10cm), which creates lots of storage space underneath. This is great for hanging rails, suitcases, etc.

For a studio there is quite a lot of storage - there are built in cupboards in the hallway, shelving units in the hallway as well as storage space in the bathroom and kitchen.

Local transport includes the Central line (Shepherd's Bush zone 2) and lots of buses (it takes about 8 mins to jump on the bus down to the central line).
The Hammersmith and City line (Shepherd's Bush Market) is within walking distance, about 10mins on foot.
An alternative tube is the Piccadilly line in Hammersmith, which is about 12 mins on the bus from Askew Road.
