Room in a Shared Flat, Shepherds Bush, W12

Thank you for coming onto my ad.

No couples (of course it's fine if your partner visits and stays with you sometimes, but no full time live in couples)

The room for rent is one fantastic double sized bedroom. You will be sharing with me & one other girl. One of the rooms has already been taken & I am looking for another person for the second bedroom.

Rooms are available from 30th May, but I'm flexible with dates if you need it a little earlier.

The property has recently been renovated to a very high standard and would suit somebody who wants a nice place to come back to after a long hard days work.

The bedroom, kitchen, bathroom & hallway have been finished to a high spec and you have to see the property to appreciate how great it looks! There are two toilets in the flat too which is always handy.

The brand new room comes with:
Double bed with storage and mattress
Cupboards
Chest of drawers
Working table & chair (not included in the picture, but it will be there when you move in)
Neutral white & grey colours (very 'in' right now!)

There is also a shared communal space in the flat.

The flat is only a 10 minutes' walk to White City (Central line) & Wood Lane (Hammersmith & City & Circle line) underground station...So very well connected to London! There is a bus stop just outside the flat which goes straight to Hammersmith in 10 minutes'.

Hammersmith hospital is also nearby.

In the area, there is a big Sainsburys within a 5 minutes' walk, as well as a local gym. Westfield is also only a 10 minutes walk where shopping, food & drinks can be found (I love Westfield!)

A little about me, I am extremely respectful of others around me, I will always stop to have a conversation and catch up with you and have a cheeky glass of wine some evenings in front of Netflix or whatever else is on tv! :)

I like my own company too as I can be very busy with work and I do feel it's important to have this time to yourself.
I like socialising but this isn't a 'party flat' as such. Just a nice chilled out place you can also hopefully call home!..

I'm clean & tidy so it's important for me to find someone who is similar and also likes a clean and tidy place to live :).
