The 2nd room has a large 4 door wardrobe with drawers, a bistro set with black glass table and 2 chairs, a cooking area with new fridge, new microwave, a multi cooker, new toaster, kettle and Tassimo drinks machine.

House occupied by friendly professional lady, and her grown up son, we have 2 small friendly dogs and 2 cats.

Ideally we’d like a non smoking lodger who works or a full time student but we may consider non workers depending on circumstances. Short or long term let available, rent is £520 pcm payable month in advance with a deposit of £350.

2 References required including current/previous landlord and employer. Student/Non workers must also provide 2 references and be able to show evidence of how rent will be paid.

The rent includes heating and utility bills, council tax, and access to our fast fibre Wifi.
