Du Cane Crt has 24hr porterage, which is not only the best security but great for those large parcels ......... no more queues at the post office, it also an on site convenience store selling milk to wine, bread etc... the hot water and heating is included in the service charges which we as owners pay.

There is also parking on site (you"ll need a resident permit) or you can apply to Wandsworth council for a parking permit for the main streets.

Wandsworth council also has the lowest council tax in the UK.

We have owned this apartment for many years now and its been a wonderful home for couples, sharers and young families, it really does suit all. Its quite possibly one of the safest addresses in south west london.
It is currently being rented by a lovely couple who have loved living here but due to their work they are having to move out.



Its minutes from Balham mainline and tube, right in the heart of Balham, with a huge selection of fabulous restaurants, bars, Library next to waitrose, Tescos metro and petrol station, sainsburys, TKmax amongst other great shops, 2 local cinema's close by Clapham or Wandsworth, and the Exhibit in Balham is awesome there is also a fantastic comedy club. A choice of gyms one almost opposite with great facilities and a pool and reasonable too.
