We are looking for two tenants to occupy one very large double room and a single and join two other peaceful, and quiet and friendly housemates Fully furnished with brand new wardrobe, new large double beds and mattress,  desk and chair, and bed side table and lamp in each room.

The rent is £450.00 and is inclusive of  all bills. Broadband, Sky TV, electricity, gas, water, etc

The Single room is £400.00 or £100.00 weekly.

You will be sharing with 2 or 3 other professionals and post graduate students.

The house is a stunning Victorian house and the pictures show just what a lovely house this is.

Would be perfect for somebody working at the Colchester General Hospital. Quick access to A12 and the Town Centre.

The rest of the house comprises of a large shared lounge with Wide Screen TV with Sky,  large kitchen. there is a bathroom with toilet and wet room shower on the 1st floor and a toilet on the ground floor.

Each room has access to our very face broadband.

Separate tenant insurance would need to be taken out by yourselves if you would like your contents insured.
