Room in a Shared Flat, Wallis Close, SW11

Hi There,

I have a room to rent in an ex-council 2nd floor flat in Battersea 6 minutes walk from from Clapham Junction rail station.

I am moving away from this area, therefore I am looking for a personable but responsible flat mate to replace me and share the home with one other tenant for a initial 6 month stay, but with an option to extend.

The room itself is a cosy double room which ample space and an access to a small balcony. The room will come furnished with a wardrobe, case of drawers and bedside table. I have not yet moved out all my possessions, which will not be included in the rental.

The flat has a separate living room and kitchen with full access to both, which are also furnished (as seen in the pictures).

The current housemate is a friendly, sociable type, however, also enjoys having time to themself and a quiet peaceful environment.

Wifi and utility bills are included in the price paid. I expect the potential housemate to have high standards of cleanliness and keep the flat in an excellent condition.

Car Owners:

A parking permit is provided at an extra cost of £5 per month.
