Room in a Shared Flat, London, DA17

Hi There,

I have a room to rent in a stunning brand new 2nd floor flat in the Tower Hill development 15 minutes walk from from Belvedere rail station,(10 minutes on bus 99 to Woolwich Arsenal and 35 minutes in total from Canary Wharf).

As I will be away quite often due to work, I am looking for a personable but responsible flat mate to share the home for a initial 6 month stay, but with an option to extend.

The room itself is a double room which has one window with a beautiful hill top view. The room will come furnished with a brand new memory foam double bed for unbroken sleeps, mirrored wardrobe, case of drawers and bedside table.

The kitchen is open plan with the rest of the living room, which is also beautifully furnished as seen in the pictures and comes with a lovely south facing balcony view.

I am a friendly, sociable type, however, I also enjoy having time to myself and a quiet peaceful environment.

I expect the potential housemate to have high standards of cleanliness and keep the flat in an excellent condition.

Car Owners:

Some parking is available in surrounding areas, but owners responsibility to adhere to parking regulations.

There is an allocated parking bay available, however, exclusive use will require an extra monthly fee of £40.
