Plaistow stations is Approx. 12 min walk away. Here you can get the district and Hammersmith and city line. There are also very regular buses throughout day and night, to Stratford (past Plaistow Station) and beyond. Out onto Barking road, you can catch other buses (10 mins max) or 20-25 min walk towards Canning Town, where you can easily pick up the Jubilee Line with quick access to Canary Wharf, London bridge and Waterloo. It really is a great location for traveling into work, wherever that may be.
