I am looking for a lovely new tenant for my 2 bedroom house in Broomfield.

It is fully furnished and renovations were completed in the summer of 2015 with a brand new kitchen, bathroom, boiler, dishwasher and washing machine installed. I have had the same tenants living there since August 2015, but sadly they are moving on, so I am looking for someone who will enjoy the property and look after it as well as they did.

As well as the open plan lounge/kitchen there is also a separate utility room (not pictured) which could also be used as a study or for storage. There is a wood burning stove in the lounge which keeps the house lovely and warm in the winter.

The house is a 10 minute walk to Broomfield Hospital and a 30 sec walk to the bus stop with routes into Chelmsford town and Stansted airport. 

It is also a short walk to the local pubs and convenience store, and is in a really friendly community.
